Fitness is one of my passions and working out has become a favorite hobby of mine. I believe that taking care of my body helps me to be the best person I can be and it gives me the energy and strength I need to work hard every day. My exercise regimen also affords me the opportunity to enjoy another one of my favorite pastimes- cooking! Luckily, my nutrition class taught me how to create healthy meals so that I can eat great food while also staying fit! Fitness makes me feel great, gives me more confidence and has given me a sense of accomplishment.
