During my Public Relations Research class, my fellow students and I conducted survey research for a client and gave the client feedback based on our survey results.
Our client was the Lee County Humane Society, who asked us to help them find out how aware the public was of their membership program, what the public thought of the program and how the membership program could be improved.
Using Qualtrics, our group created a survey and distributed it on the Lee County Facebook page. Once we gathered the results, we used the information to help the client better understand their audience and we provided our client with suggestions on how to improve the membership program.
